(It's a little long and silly, this is the end of our practice today, but they are so awesome, I wanted to show you).
Sadly Jack and Michelle couldn't make it today due to some tummy problems, so we did a grocery run and then headed to the ice rink. It was a lot of fun! We had lunch after and a nice rest which was followed by Sid, the science kid and some roughhousing in the basement. Great day!
