Things I learned today / Ma tanultam ezeket

Did you know that Canada is largely underwater these days? Yes, it is. According to our girls.
They must know, because they traveled there on their airplane:

I also learned today that even though it's November, you can still go trick-or-treating. Like this:

Also, a new thing to me was the fact, that you need to consume your multi-seed soy crackers lying down on your tummy and looking at your friend. No other way to do that. Oh, and you must giggle while doing this.

A very surprising thing also happened today: it snowed! We looked at it first from the windows and really liked it, and then we ventured outside and got all wet by it! The funniest thing of all was, that it was all over my hair!

We also went to the bank and I learned that the girls can sit like two grownups for at least ten minutes to wait for the banker to finish up typing! Wow! After that a good entertainment was to go get a drink (and get a little wet) many times.

Picking up groceries always involves getting croissants for the girls to munch on right away and that got us through until lunch, which was pasta for Annushka and chicken and rice for Blanka. No surprises there.

We had a really good nap, Annushka choose to do it in the big bed (she really likes my side, of course!), and promides she wouldn't climb down. She held her promise like an angel, what a big girl!

We drove to pickup today and after Barnus was done with his piano practice (which I learned can be done very efficiently once he really wants to watch TV as soon as possible) we watched Blue's Clues, which is everyone's favorite right now.

I also learned at the end of the day that Barack Obama will be the president for 4 more years! Yay!

A mai napon sok mindent tnaultam a lányoktól:
- először kiderült, hogy Kanadában csak vízi állatok élnek, mert az egész víz alatt van (lásd a legelső videót),
- aztán megtudtam, hogy a magos kekszet legjobb hason fekve enni a földön, és kövben vihorászni is illik
-  kiderült továbbá, hogy novemberben is lehet trick-or-treatelni,
- és, hogy novemberben már eshet a hó (amit bentről is kintről is megcsodáltunk és nagyon örültünk neki).
- Megtudtam, hogy a lányok akár tíz percig is elüldögélnek szépen a bankban, utána meg jól elszórakoznak azzal, hogy vizet isznak az ivókútból (és nagyon vizesek lesznek),
- azon viszont nem lepódtem meg, hogy bevásárlás közben elfogyasztanak fejenként egy croissant, és aztán ebédre Annuska tésztát, Blanka pedig husit fog kérni.
- A délutáni alváskor megtudtam, hogy Annuska ügyesen tud aludni már a nagyágyban (az én párnámat különösen szereti), jó is, mert az utazóágyban lassan már csak összegömbölyödve fér el.
- Mikor a nagyokat hazahoztuk, az is kiderült, hogy Barnus nagyon gyorsan és ügyesen lezongorázza a napi adagját, ha az a motiváció, hogy utána nézhetnek tv-t!
- Késő este pedig kiderült, hogy Barack Obama lesz az elnök további négy évig, aminek mind nagyon örülünk!
